More From Whistler Canyon Trail........

The rock wall on the Whistler Canyon Trail in the Okanogan Highlands is really fascinating....the mountain is covered in different rock formations.....but the wall is pretty impressive and displays lots of color....From here on up the trail we saw lots of moose tracks and droppings...pretty fresh....should be a great place to see some moose...Spring has arrived pretty fast and furious to the valley floor in the last few days....the balsam roots...Sunflowers...are starting to show color....I saw several clumps of shooting stars on the way home from work yesterday.....I hope I get a chance to stop and take pictures before they burn out....we are supposed to get some nice 72 degrees weather by Sunday....that should speed up the melting process of the remaining snow and start pushing some flowers....I am ready to start some serious hiking....might need to get just a tiny bit more serious about a good pair of hiking shoes for the season....Hope everyone has a wond
