I am back....feel like I am running in circles....On our travels down to the Eugene area we took the Washington side then over the Dalles Bridge, Oregon....nice scenic spots to pull out and take pictures of the Columbia Gorge area....It interesting to see it from the other side.....gives you a good wide view from above instead of down at river level....lots of flowers blooming...beautiful lupine...the hills are covered in certain areas.....Mount Hood was very visible on our travels down....We had a little bit latter start coming home...lots of traffic...I thought we had pretty much decided to skip the Multnomah Falls .....leave it for another trip...before we realized it my brother had pulled into the parking lot and was kicking his wife and me out of the car and telling us to hike up and see the falls....it was worth the stop....the trail and visiting area was full of people....lovely day to hike up and admire the falls....the moss on the trees was glowing....
