A road trip that I will be doing more than once this year.....Might have something to do with lots of family that live in the Oregon area...and more nieces or nephews on their way.......Nothing like burning up and down the highway supporting the oil company's....I would so much rather be spending my weekends hiking than sitting in a vehicle for hours on end.....but this road trip was due to my decision to buy a sweet eight hundred pound...give or take...four legged paso fino by the name of Abrigo.....who happened to be living in a pasture in the Creswell Oregon area.....So this required lots of diesel...and hours or the road....it was a lovely drive down....so many beautiful green hills....lots of places to hike if you have time....I think I will have to plan a long weekend in the Columbia Gorge area...scope out some hiking trails and places to visit......the road between home and Yakima is pretty rough...from wear and tear...semi trucks and winter weather.......
